Situational Readiness: [PHASE TWO]
This program is a part of the DKBC Basically Brutal series.
Situational Readiness: [Phase Two] is an 8 week program which continues the development achieved in [Phase One], and builds on these foundations with the addition of the Steel Club & the Steel Mace.
Situational readiness refers to the body's ability to react efficiently and effectively to any given situation. This involves a combination of endurance, agility, speed, and functional strength. Throughout history, warriors from various cultures and civilizations developed rigorous routines and practices to maintain their physical fitness and preparedness for war. These routines were essential for their survival and effectiveness in battle. From the early days of physical culture to modern-day training, achieving situational readiness has always been a goal for those who seek to be in peak physical condition.
Equipment Needed: Kettlebells, Steel Mace, Steel Clubs, resistance bands, plyo-box (or suitable stable platform e.g., low wall/fallen tree), cones/markers (rocks/trees), pull up bar (sturdy branch/ledge), bodyweight.
