[Functional] Overhead Strength
This program is a part of the DKBC Basically Brutal series.
Basically Brutal - Overhead Strength is an 8 week program meticulously designed to cultivate both raw pressing power and overhead endurance.
Over the course of 8 weeks, this program will:
- Develop maximal strength in the shoulders and triceps, essential for a powerful and controlled overhead press.
- Enhance unilateral strength and stability, engaging core and shoulder muscles to develop strength applicable to the real world .
- Build the endurance and stability required to maintain heavy loads overhead, improving shoulder health and resilience.
- Incorporate isometric holds and multi-movement complexes to challenge your endurance under load.
Equipment Needed: Kettlebells, Steel Mace, Steel Club,
resistance bands, bodyweight.
